BABY CORN MANCHURIAN
Ingredients:
Baby corn -1 pocket
Maida - 4spoons
Corn flour -4spoons
Chilly power -1spoon
Food color -one pinch
Salt -to taste
Ginger,
garlic paste -1spoon[optional]
Tomato sauce -2Spoons
Soya sauce - 2spoons
Aginomoto -2pinch
Onion -1[chopped] [Tomato to be chopped].
Coriander leaves.

Method:
First cut paratha into moderate pieces and then mix Maida, corn flour, salt, chilly powder, [ginger garlic, soya sauce – are optional] food color.
Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the parathas till it forms a golden brown color.
Add 2 teaspoon oil, chopped onions, one chopped garlic piece [optional], chopped green chilly to a pan and sauté it well.
Once onion is translucent, add one spoon diluted corn flour paste [corn flour with water] and some water. Once it becomes shiny form add tomato sauce, food color, soya sauce, Aginomoto. Make thick gravy and add deep fried parathas and mix it well. Finally garnish with coriander & spring onions.
