DAHI POORI


Ingredients:

Pooris-4
Yogurt-1/4 cup
Chat masala-1tsp
Black salt-1tsp
Sav – ¼ cup
Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Boiled green peas-1/4 cup
Boiled and smashed potato-1/4 cup

Method:

First in a plate arrange the pooris. Stuff the potato and green peas in each poori.
Sprinkle chat masala, black salt.
Each poori add curd. Sprinkle sav. Garnish with coriander leaves.
