POORI


Ingredients:

Fine roasted rava-1 cup
Salt- to taste
Oil-as required
Maida-1/4 cup
Baking powder -1/4tsp

Method:

First mix rava ,little salt ,baking powder and water. Make a soft dough.
Add 1tsp oil and knead well. Wrap the dough with thin polethene  cover.
Keep it aside  for 1 hr. In a pan heat oil.
In chapatti board  sprinkle Maida and make as normal chapattis.
With the help of small cups, cut the  chapattis as a small poori size.
Deep fry it. Poori is ready.
This is base for all chat  varieties
