VEG NUGGETS











Ingredients:


 1 Bombay rava-1 cup        
2.Vegetables-optional.
3.Big onion-1
4.Chilly powder-1spoon.
5.salt
6.maida-2spoon.
7.Bread crumbs.
8.oil for deep fry.

Method:

First prepare uppma[whatever method it is ok] little bit thick.
Once it is getting chilled, make il small balls &keep it aside.
Take Maida add some water &make it smooth paste for binding.
Now dip the rava balls in the Maida paste &roll it on the bread crump’s.
Heat the oil in the pan, fry the balls till it comes golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
