BETEL LEAVE DOSAI


Ingredients:

Normal dosa maavu-1 cup
Betel leaves -4
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Oil –as required

Method:

Dilute the lemon juice to the ¼ cup water. Soak the betel leaves in the lemon water. So that leaves color ll remain  same.
Then soak the leaves into the dosa  maavu. In a heating  dosa pan  make thin dosai, and place the soaked betel leave on the middle.
Sprinke oil over it and allow it till done. Then turn it to another side. This is healthy for those who r having cough &cold.
