FLOATIND BALLS


Ingredients:

Urad dal-1/2 cup
Coconut milk-2 cup
Milk-1 cup
Joggery-2 cup
Cardamom powder -1tsp
Cashew paste-1tsp
Oil -1tsp

Method:

Soak urad dal ½ an hr. Boil milk and add cashew paste. in  a pan add joggery and ¼ cup water ,boil and filter the dusts.
Add this syrup to the milk. Add coconut milk and mix well Grind the urad dal nicely.
In heating paniyaram pan, add little oil. Take small ball size urad dal and  place into the pan. sprinkle oil over it.
Cook it till golden brown. One side gets golden brown then turn it to another side tillit done.
Add to the milk. Serve it either cool or hot. This is very healthy for growing children.
