OATS ADAI


Ingredients:

Oats-1cup
Onion chopped-1/4cup
Carrot grated-1/4cup
Capsicum chopped-1/4cup
Cabbage chopped-1/4cup
Chopped ginger-1
Chopped green chilly-1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander, mint leaves-1/4 cup
Oil-as required
Salt to taste

Method:


In a mixie  add oats and run two rounds and bake it as a powder. In bowl add Vegetables, ginger, green chilly, mint, coriander leaves and salt.mix well.
Add oats and mix well. Then add adequate water and mix well like as a adai mix.
Place a dosa pan on stove, make a little thick adai. Sprinkle oil on both side. Cook it till golden .
