VEGETABLE SOUP


Ingredients:

Carrot-2
Beans-4to 5
Corn flour -1tsp
Finely chopped garlic-1tsp
Butter-1tsp
Ginger-small pieces
Salt- to taste
Pepper powder-1tsp
Sugar -1tsp
Water -2 cup

Method:

Cut the carrot and beans into small and thin pieces. In a pressure cooker, add carrot, beans and ginger.
pressure cook till one whistle. In a pan heat one tsp butter, add chopped garlic and sauté it well.
Remove the ginger piece from the vegetable mix. Add the boiled vegetables with adequate water.
Dilute the corn flour with one tsp of water. Add this to vegetable mix. Keep the stove into medium flame.
Once it is translucent,  Add sugar, salt and pepper powder. Stir it well. Serve hot.
