BUTTER MILK DOSAI


Ingredients:

Raw rice -1 cup
Toor dal- 60 g
Pulittha more  -1 cup
Fenu geek seed- ¼ tsp
Coconut -1/4 cup
Baking soda -1 pinch
Oil-as required


Method:

Soak rice, toor dal   and fenu greek  separately for 3 hrs.
Grind these three by using butter milk.
Add salt and  baking soda and keep it aside for 6 hrs.
Make thick dosas. Apply little oil . cook it till both sides gets golden brown.
