BEETROOT CHUTNEY


Ingredients:

Beetroot-2
Big onion -1
Tomatoes -2
Grated coconut -2 tsp
Mustard seed -1 tsp
Red chilly -2
Urad dal -1 tsp
Tamarind –small pieces
Salt – to taste
Oil 2 tsp


Method:
cut the Beetroot into small pieces.and keep it aside. heat oil in a pan add mustard seed,urad dal and saute for while. Add chopped onion and tomatoes,red chilly and saute till tomatoes becomes soft.Add coconut ,tamarind and salt. let it cool for 5 mts. grind it as like chutney.
