VANGI BADH


Ingredients:

Rice -1 cup
Brinjal-6
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Coconut grated-2 tsp
Dhaniya seed -2 tsp
Green chilly-3
Coriander leaves
Onion chopped-1
Oil –as required
Mustard seed-1tsp
Salt- to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

Method:
 Soak rice for half an hour. Grind  dhaniya, cumin seed, coconut, coriander, green chilly as a fine paste.
Heat oil in a cooker , add mustard seed, when it splitter, add chopped onions and chopped brinjal  and  sauté well.
Add grinded paste and sauté well. Add turmeric powder and rice. Mix well.
Add required water and salt, pressure cook till 2 whistle.
