BUTTER MILK KUZHAMBU


Ingredients:

Butter milk -1 cup
Toor dal-1tsp
Raw rice-1tsp
Cumin seed-1tsp
Green chilly -2
Coriander leaves
Ginger-1 piece
Salt- to taste
Oil-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilly -1
Curry leave
Coconut grated-1 tsp
Mustard seed-1tsp

Method:

Soak rice and toor dal  half an hr. Grind rice, toor dal, green chilly, coriander leaves, cumin seed ,grated coconut and ginger into fine paste.
Mix the paste with butter milk. Into this add salt and turmeric powder.
In a heating pan add one tsp oil, add mustard seed, when it splitter add red chilly and curry leave.
Add butter milk. boil for some for 5 mts then switch off the stove.
