CHILLY IDLI



Ingredients:
Idli -6
Maida                   - 4spoons
Corn flour            -4spoons
Chilly power       -1spoon
Food color           -one pinch
Salt                         -to taste
Ginger,
garlic paste         -1spoon[optional]
Tomato sauce    -2Spoons
Soya sauce          - 2spoons
Aginomoto          -2pinch
Onion                     -1[chopped] [Tomato to be chopped].
Coriander leaves.
Spring onions for garnishing.

Method:

First cut idlis into moderate pieces and then mix Maida, corn flour, salt, chilly powder, [ginger garlic, soya sauce – are optional] food color.
Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the idli  till it turns  golden brown color.
Add 2 teaspoon oil, chopped onions, one chopped garlic piece [optional], chopped green chilly to a pan and sauté it well.
Once onion is translucent,  add tomato sauce, food color, soya sauce, Aginomoto.   Stir well .add deep fried  idli  and mix it well.  Finally garnish with coriander & spring onions.
