KASMIRI PULAO



Ingredients:


1.Biriyani rice -1cup
 2.Biriyani leaf-1                                     
3.Cardamon,clove-each 1
4.Cinnamon-one small piece
5.Carrot,Beans,Green peas, cauliflower-small amount
6. Big oni on7.
7.ginger garlic paste-2spoon
8.Dhaniya,cumin powder-1/2 spoon
9.Turmaric powder-1/4 spoon
10.Chilly powder-2Spoon
11.Garam masala-1 spoon
12.Ghee,oil-2Spoon Ingredients:
13.Rosted cashew, dry grapes[in ghee]-moderate amount
14.Lemon juice-1 spoon
15.Mint-less amount
16.salt
 Method:

Soak rice 10 mts. In cooker  heat ghee, oil. add Biriyani leave, cinnamon, clove,  and c cardamom.

Then add ginger, garlic paste, onion, &all vegetables. keep fry, add turmeric, dhaniya, cumin powder, chilly powder, garam masala, then mix it well. add rice &Salt, water[2cup].close the lid of the cooker without whistle. once the steam comes faster, reduce the flame in small, and keep it for 7 mts.           after that the steam ll reduce ,then open the cooker lid &add[saffron-optional],cashew, grapes, lemon juice, mint leaves, then close it &keep it 5mts.Then serve.
