Mango kesari

MANGO KESARI BADH:


Ingredients:


Bombay Rava -1/2cup
Mango pulp-1/2 cup
Sugar -1 cup
Water-1cup
Ghee-3tsp
Cashews-5

 Method:

In a bottom thick pan add 1tsp ghee &Rava. Roast  rava till it turns  light golden brown.
 In a pan boil the water. Add hot water into the rava and Mix well.
 When cooked add mango pulp and sugar& mix it well. Once the consistency is thick, switch off the stove. Garnish  with cashews.
