FRENCH FRY

FRENCH FRY


Ingredients:

Potatoes-2
Gram flour-2tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Salt-to taste
Oil-for deep fry

Method:

First cut the potatoes into lengthy pieces. In a bowl  boil the water &add the potato pieces.
once it become half boiled, Switch off the stove. Drain the water .
Mix the potatoes with gram flour, chilly powder& salt. In a pan heat the oil, and Deep fry the potato pieces till  it turns light brown.
