BREAD PANIYARAM





Ingredients:


Rice-1/2 cup
Bread crumbs-1cup
Onions chopped-1/4cup
Green chilly chopped-2
Coriander chopped-small amount
Curry leaves-5
Salt-to taste
Oil  -as required
Urad dal, gram dal-1 tsp
Grated coconut-1tsp

Method:

Soak the rice 2 hrs. and grind as a nice paste. In  to this add bread crumbs. Make it like dosa maavu.
 In a heating pan add one tsp oil and add mustard seeds.
 When splutter add urad, gram dals ,green chilly, grated coconut , chopped onions,  Coriander, curry leaves &salt, altogether sauté it well.
Mix this one to the rice & bread crumbs mixture.  In a stove place the paniyara pan, pour little oil, then Pour the bread mix in each circle.
 When one side gets golden brown, turn it into another side. Frequently rotate the paniyarams till golden brown.
