Ingredients:
Paneer[grated]-100g
Appalam-5
Red chilly powder-2tsp
Onions chopped -2
Salt-to taste
Garam masala-1tsp
Oil-for deep fry
Coriander leaves
Maida-1tsp
Method:
First in a pan heat 1tsp oil, Add chopped onions, red chilly powder, salt, coriander &sauté it well .
Finally add grated paneer,and switch off the stove. Take the appalam ,and soak in the water a while and take it out. it ll become soft.
Place the little paneer mixture In middle of the appalam and close it .Add little water to Maida and make soft paste .With this paste seal the corners of the appalam. & deep fry till light brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
