Mexican Rice


Ingredients:
Basmati rice-1cup
Onion-3
Cabbage[very thin, lengthy chopped]-1cup
Capsicum-1
Big tomatoes-1
Clove-3
Garlic-2
Soy sauce-1tsp
Red chilly powder-1tsp
Oil-6tsp
Salt –to taste
Ghee -1tsp


Ingredients:

Cut the capsicum into light lengthy pieces.  Chop the tomatoes. Chop one onion into small pieces.

 Another one is thin & lengthy .switch on stove, place a pan, Add one tsp ghee, Add clove& garlic. Sauté it well.
Add finely chopped onion, sauté it well. Add cleaned rice with 2 cup of water. pressure cook  it till 2 whistle . switch off the stove.
 In a separate pan heat oil. Add another one onion, sauté it till golden brown. keep it aside. same like onion sauté the cabbage till golden brown.
 keep it separately . Sauté the capsicum. with this add tomato pieces, soy sauce, Red chilly powder ,and Salt, sauté it for 2mts .
Finally boiled rice, sautéed onions, cabbage,& sautéed tomatoes, capsicum altogether mix it well.
