Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:

Paneer-200g
Onions-4
Tomatoes -3
Butter-3tsp
Chilly powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Fresh cream-2tsp[optional]
Cinnamon, clove-each one
Oil-1tsp
Ginger, garlic paste-1tsp

 Cashew nut paste-50gAdd little water to the gravy. once it is thick add paneer. Garnish with fresh cream or butter.

Method:


cut the paneer into small pieces. In a pan heat butter and fry the paneer  cubes till light brown.
Grind onions and tomatoes. In a pan heat one tsp butter &oil. Add cinnamon, clove ,Onion, &tomato paste and sauté it well,till golden brown.
 Add coriander powder, chilly powder &salt. sauté it. Add cashew paste and sauté it well. Add little water to the gravy. once it is thick add paneer. Garnish with fresh cream or butter.
