veg stew


Ingredients:

Carrot-2
Beans-4to5
Pototos-2
Green peas-1/4cup
Cinnamon, clove-1
Ginger, garlic paste-1tsp
Cashew paste-2tsp
Coconut milk-1cup
Onion-1
Green chilly-1
Oil-As required

Method:

Cut the vegetables and keep it aside. In a pan heat oil ,add cinnamon, clove.
 Add chopped onion, green chilly, and sauté it well. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Add vegetables, salt and little water. once it is cooked add cashew paste& coconut milk. let it 5mts then switch off the stove.
