spicy paneer



Ingredients:
paneer-200g
Gram flour-1/2 cup
Coriander-As required
Salt-to taste
Oil-As required



For grinding:

Ginger-1
Garlic-6
Red chilly powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Aniseed-1tsp
Cumin seed-1/2tsp
Pepper-1tsp
Sambar onions-4
Cinnamon. Clove, cardamom -1
Turmeric  powder-1tsp
Lemon juice or curd -2 tsp
Salt-As required

Method:

Add little water to the grinding items& grind it well .
Cut paneer into small finger size pieces. Add with grinding mixtures and spread it well and keep it aside.
 Let it for 2 hrs.[no need to soak].Finally mix with gram flour and coriander leaves[no need to add water]&deep fry till golden brown
