MULLU MURUKKU


Ingredients:

Rice -1 cup
Fried gram-1/2 cup
Butter -3 tsp
Salt –to taste
Omam -1 tsp
Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Oil- as required

Method:

Soak rice nearly one hr. Grind it as a nice paste and keep it aside.
Grind fried gram as nice powder. Add this one to the rice flour.
Add red chilly powder, butter, salt, omam  and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, squeeze the dough through mullu murrukku  plate.
Deep fry it .
