PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE


Ingredients:
Pasta-200g
Origano & Rosemary-2 pinch
Maida-3 tsp
Mozzarella  cheese -100 g
Butter -3 tsp
Milk -1/4 cup
Method:
Boil pasta in hot water. Drain the excess water and keep it aside.
In a mixie add cheese, Maida and milk. In a pulse mode grind it 1 mt.[this is white sauce]
In a heating pan, add butter, oregano and rosemary herbs.
Add boiled pasta, add white sauce and mix well.
Serve hot.
