WHEAT TWIST SWEET ROLL


Ingredients:

Wheat flour-1 cup
Baking soda-1 pinch
Salt- 1 pinch
Sugar-1 cup
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Oil –as required

Method:

Mix wheat flour with salt, baking soda, and little oil.
Make as a soft dough. Take a small  ball size dough and make a small chappati.
In a middle of chapattis, With a help of knife make a parallel  lines. Minimum 3  or 4. Without cutting the upper and lower portions.
Now slightly roll the chapatti, and press the edges. So that it ll not get open while frying.
Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the rolls one by one.
At the same time, in a pan take sugar and little water. Make the sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder.
The consistency is sticky type.
Add the fried rolls into the sugar syrup. Make sure  sugar  should be coated full rolls.
1 mt is enough.
