BREAD DOKKLA


Ingredients:
Bread slice-6
Yogurt-3tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Salt – to taste

Method:
Into the yogurt , add coriander powder, chilly powder, and salt. Mix well.
Remove the edges of the bread. and cut into small pieces.
Apply the yogurt mix on the top of the each small  bread slice.
Close with another  small slice. in a heating pan add little ghee and toast the bread slice and serve hot.
