HOT AND SOUR DOSAI


Ingredients:
Rice-1 cup
Kadala paruppu-1/4 cup
Tamarind syrup-1tsp
Coconut grated-1 tsp
Red chilly -4
Curry leaves
Salt –to taste
Oil- as required


Method:
Soak rice and dal for 2 hrs. grind  rice, dal, chilly, curry leaves, coconut. Finally add tamarind and salt. After 30 mts, make as a normal disai.hot and sour dosai is ready.
