ULUNDU TOMATO MASALA 


Ingredients:
Whole ulundu- ½ cup
Tomato-2
Green chilly- 3
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Lime juice-1 tsp
Salt
Curry leave, coriander
Mustard seed -1 tsp
Cumin seed-1/4 tsp
Ghee -1 tsp
Oil

Method:
In a cooker take whole ulundu and turmeric powder and cook it till 2 whistle.
Chopp green chilly and tomatoes . In a pan heat oil and ghee.
Add mustard seed and cumin. Add green chilly and tomatoes. And sauté well.
Add boiled ulundu, salt, coriander and curry leaves and allow to boil till 10 sec.
Switch off the stove and add lime juice.
