METHI ROTI


Method:

Methi leaves -1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Chili powder – 2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp

Method:

Finely chop methi leaves and mix with wheat flour.
Add salt, chili powder and ghee and mix well. Knead gently and keep it for ½ hr.
Take small dough and make as a thin chapattis. Heat a tava and place the chapatti.
Apply little oil over it and Cook till it done. Turn and cook another side till it done.
