PANEER PARATHA
Ingredients:
Wheat flour -1 cup
Maida -1/2 cup
Ghee -1 tsp
Oil -1 tsp
Salt –to taste
FOR STUFFING:
Grated paneer -1 cup
Grated onion -1/2 cup
Chilly powder -1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1tsp
Chopped coriander
Salt – to taste
Method:
Mix wheat and Maida with ghee, salt and little water. Knead soft and gently and keep it for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan, add grated onion [squeeze out excess water] and sauté well.
Add grated paneer, chilly powder, garam masala, Turmeric powder, salt, coriander and sauté it for 2 mts.
Take small dough and make as a cup and stuff the paneer mix and close it.
Make as a normal parathas. Heat dosa pan and cook it till both sides gets light brown.
