STUFFED SWEET PORI


Ingredients:

Wheat flour -2 tsp
Maida -2 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
Sugar -1 tsp
Oil – as required.

FOR STUFFING:

Grated coconut -2 tsp
Urad dal -2 tsp
Rava -2 tsp
Joggery -3 tsp
Ginger – 1 piece

Method:


Mix wheat and Maida with salt, sugar and little water. Gently knead and keep it for 1 hr.
In a pan add coconut, urad dal, rava and sauté well till it turns golden brown.
Once it is cool, add ginger and joggery grind it as a coarse powder.
Take small dough and make as a cup and stuff the ground powder and close it.
Make a small Pori‘s. Heat oil in a pan deep fry the Pori’s
