SOYA MASALA


Ingredients:

Soya balls -10
Small onions -15
Garlic -5
Ginger -1
Tomatoes -2
Chilly powder -2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Curry leave and coriander

FOR TADAKA

Aniseed – 1 tsp
Cinnamon, clove -1
Oil- 4 tsp


Method:

Chop onion, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes. Boil water in a pan and add soya balls and switch off the stove.
Drain hot water and 2 to 3 times clean with normal water. Squeeze out excess water.
In a mixie, using pulse mode, run it for 2 mts. it ll become thin pieces.
Heat oil in a pan add Aniseed, cinnamon, clove and sauté well.
Add onion, ginger, garlic and sauté well.
After 10 mts , add soya mix and sauté for some time.
Add chili powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes and salt. Sauté well till tomatoes becomes soft.
Garnish with curry leaves and coriander.
