PASIPARUPPU PAYASAM


Ingredients:

Pasi paruppu -1/2cup
Jaggery -1/2 cup
Coconut milk -1/4 cup
Ghee -3 tsp
Cashew -10
Kismis -10
Milk -1/4 cup
Cardamom powder -1 tsp

Method:

Pressure cook pasi paruppu  till one whistle.
Once the pressure released. keep it on low flame and  add jaggery  and mix till it dissolves.
Add coconut milk and plain milk and bring to boil.
In a small kadai add ghee, cashew and kismis till it turns golden brown.
Add to this into paruppu mixture and mix well.
Remove from gas and serve hot or cool.
